Pepper Palace Uff Da Scandinavian Gold Hot Sauce

May we present, in all its glory, (and, certainly, with the seal of approval from Odin and Thor) the very first hot sauce we ever made: Our Viking hot sauce. We concocted this cayenne and habanero hot sauce for our friends back home in Minnesota. As soon as it touched their tongues, a chorus of "Uff da!" rang out. The snow melted off their boots, and did they like it? Oh yah, you betcha. Perfect for the hot sauce collector, guzzler, or casual fan, this spicy hot sauce will please any chilihead from New Orleans to Minnetonka.
Ingredients: red cayenne pepper mash (cayenne peppers, vinegar, salt), red habanero pepper mash (habanero peppers, vinegar, salt), vinegar, black pepper, cayenne pepper powder, garlic powder, xanthan gum.
