Pepper Palace What a Jerk Marinade

We took all the flavors of Jamaican jerk and mixed them together into a marinade that will bring authentic Caribbean flavors to your home. Recommended to marinade for at least an hour, but for best results, marinade overnight.

Ingredients: pineapple juice concentrate, water, soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt), tomato paste, rice wine vinegar, lime juice, scotch bonnet peppers, salt, brown sugar, all spice, onion, ginger, nutmeg, spices, xanthan gum.
